Josh quickly diagnosed a failed pump, detailed all the potential options, and returned later that day with a new variable speed pump that I selected. He fully explained the use of the timer and took the time to label all pipes/valves for future maintenance. The pool had been sitting stagnant due to difficulty in finding someone to come out, but Josh tested the water and super dosed the pool to remedy the problem. One of the rare people to deal with in our new world, Josh is dedicated, provides quality work, responds quickly to emails and texts, and is on time. I have him on weekly maintenance now and look forward to a clean and happy pool!

I am an avid user of Thumbtack to find professionals, and it has yet to disappoint. Especially this time. Josh was extremely communicative and fast to respond. Even though we set up a time frame, he offered the option to come earlier. Once I explained my issue, he went to the very first thing he always checks, and VIOLA! It solved the issue right away. Josh was courteous enough to walk me through a few other issues that I might encounter, and he truly helped me to understand what I have going on. Although I did not need it, he offered to vacuum the little bit of dirt and twigs at the bottom of the pool and balanced my chemicals. Josh is one of the few "good" guys out there. Like, I cringe every time I need to hire anyone to come to my house. With that said, he was honest, informative, and precise about helping to diagnose our problem.
